Originally built in 1913, however the building stayed vacant for several years after completion, possibly due to an over supply of warehouse space. Over the decades, the building was home to a variety of business including a warehouse and repair shop for the lumber & tinder industry, a drug distribution facility and sporting goods importer.
Converted to boutique condos in the mid 90’s, the building is unique in that there are only 2 homes per floor, and 10 units total. Homes are 1 and 2 beds ranging from 1000-1300 sqft, with thick fir beams, polished concrete floors and exposed brick. No parking included as part of the strata, but there is leased parking in the building behind. Common roof top patio. Storage lockers for each unit.
